About Kim Crystal
Shortly after moving to Palm Springs from Chicago in 1989, Kim began her real estate and escrow career. She has extensive experience in both the title and escrow fields, but escrow ultimately captured her heart. “I enjoy the one-on-one I have with clients,” she explained.
She came to CV Escrow for many reasons including the family-oriented environment, business development support and professional colleagues with whom she already knew and admired. “Here at CV Escrow there is an amazing team behind me, which allows me to give clients my undivided attention.” What sealed the deal, however, was the management team’s care and concern for their employees.
With over two decades living in the desert, Kim loves to share her local knowledge, industry experience and works in a wide array of escrows, from resale and refinance to short sales, BIA transaction and more. “I have watched La Quinta grow from vacant land to new developments, schools, golf courses and shopping. It is a pleasure to be a part of this exciting and diverse community and all that it offers.”
Kim enjoys her off time with her husband Eric and two children (Jack and Julia) and their dogs (Cosmo, Quint and the newest addition, Zorn). When they are not camping with friends or spending time at the beach, they are rooting for their favorite hockey, baseball and football teams.
