About Julie Ekstrom
I believe the true measure of our success as escrow officers is to ensure our customers are provided a smooth escrow process and a successful close. For me, it’s all about exceeding customer expectations. I strive to make that happen everyday.
My career in escrow began in 1976 and I’ve built some outstanding relationships with Realtors in the Coachella Valley having lived and worked here since 1985. A Southern California native, I started in escrow as an Escrow Officer in Ventura, California where I picked up project management and team management skills while working closely with top notch escrow professionals.
From there I moved to the Palm Springs communities and continued building my career, working my way up to Branch Manager and a Senior Escrow Officer in Rancho Mirage. My managerial strengths extend from my belief that superior customer service starts with a high level of confidence between the customers and our company. For me, this represents a cornerstone on which enduring business relationships are built. Throughout my career I’ve been fortunate to work on a myriad of projects and develop expertise in many kinds of escrows including sale, commercial, Indian lease land, loan, REO and short sale transactions.
I joined the CV Escrow team because CV is a technology forward company with a vision for the future. It is a company committed to this valley and maintains a mentality of service and professionalism without the large corporate distractions. I am excited to contribute to the already stellar reputation of this group, and I look forward to expanding the relationships I have to the real estate professionals CV Escrow works with regularly.
Outside the office I enjoy spending time with my husband Brian and my daughter. I spend my leisure time gardening, playing tennis, cooking and getting together with good friends.
