15 Mar Book Review: Oh, The Places You’ll Go! by Dr. Seuss: A Few Thoughts From Our President, Jeff Russell
Today, I wanted to share with you a quick book review on Oh, The Places You’ll Go by Dr. Seuss!
If you haven’t read this book, you’ve probably had it read to you at some point in life. Regardless of whether you have or haven’t read it, I would love everyone to get a copy and read it again from an adult perspective. And, if you have kids, read it to them too.
Believe it or not, it touches on so many points that are relevant to both children and adults, including:
- Personal responsibility
- Perseverance
- Fear of new experiences
- Being your best
- Bumps in the road you will find
- Slumps you’ll have in life
- Making good decisions.
- Not waiting for opportunities to come to you
- Being a winner
- Being alone
- Being afraid
- Choosing good relationships
- Having success
- It all works out in the end
That’s a whole heck of a lot for being such a small book, right? It is definitely worth the read (and it’s a short one). If you’re looking for a copy, you can order one here.
