Secure Files: Lock and secure all files, client statements of information, bank statements and proof of funds etc.
Encryption: Encrypt all emails and attachments when transmitting sensitive data. Items to consider as sensitive data are:

Phone Numbers
Employment Information
SSN/Tax ID
Credit cards
Bank account numbers
WIFI: Secure your system by using a name OTHER THAN the name of your company and change the stock password.
